Where will my order come from?

We are an international e-commerce company with head offices in Australia. Our shipment origin depends on the product and stock levels in our warehouses. We have warehouses in the US, Europe and Asia.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Please note that we require 3-5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7-25 business days. Please refer to our Shipping page for more information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you get another email which will include your tracking information. Enter your tracking number in the order tracking page to view your delivery status. If the tracking number doesn't work for some reason, please contact us and we will get an update for you.

What is a Pre-order?

Pre-order is placing an order for items that are currently out of stock in the warehouse closest to your location. After placing a pre-order with Brookry, we will transfer your order from another warehouse with stock as soon as we can. The transfer of pre-orders generally takes between 3-4 weeks. Once they arrive in your closest warehouse, they will take about 7-10 days for handling and being delivered to your front door. 


How do I make sure I order the right size?

Can I make changes after I place my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is always a small window to change your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to make any changes. Order changes are free of cost. If more than 24 hours have elapsed since you’ve placed your order, we cannot cancel or change your order. That’s because we process and ship out most orders within 24 hours.

I have multiple items on the order. Why did I receive only 1 item?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We want our customers to receive items in a timely matter to avoid delaying the entire order.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will resend the product or refund you in accordance with the Return&Refund Policy.
