RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Brookry, we alway want to keep our customers as happy as we can.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We proudly offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Please note: We might require you to submit images/proof of returned products. Kindly cooperate with us and give us the information necessary so that we can help you out quickly.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and reason for return.
- Upon approval you will receive the return label by email.
- Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
- Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
If you receive the wrong item, or a product that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement ASAP.
We might ask for some evidence to provide the defect. We try our best not to inconvenience you too much.
