Brookry's response to COVID-19
Dear customers, we hope you and your loved ones are well and safe. These are challenging times for all of us, and your safety and well-being is our top priority.
We have taken all measures to maintain the shipment of our products and delivery times for you, despite the current situation. However, due to the measures taken by the government to prevent any further outbreak, we have a limited capacity to increase the inventory. This will result in extended delivery times.
If you reside in the US, please allow 7-15 days for your order to arrive.(If your order is in stock in the US warehouse)
If you reside in Europe, please allow 7-21 days for your order to arrive.(If your order is in stock in the Europe warehouse)
For the rest of the world, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. (We expect delays in logistics processes and delivery as the increased occurrence of border control.)
As levels of demand surge, we remain committed to working hard with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that items in our stores are continually available. You can now pre-order the pattern if out of stock. (Waiting time: 3-4 weeks). Rest assured that as an e-commerce company we are still fully operational and we aim to fulfill as many orders as possible!

Standard Processing Time:
Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 3 days to process.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Brookry cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Standard Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:
US standard Flat rate shipping ($7.95) – 7-25 business days
Canada and Europe standard Flat rate shipping ($7.95) – 15-25 business days
Australia and New Zealand standard Flat rate shipping ($7.95) – 15-25 business days
International Flat rate shipping ($9.95) – 20-35 business days
Delivery times are approximated only and do not include our processing time. In rare cases standard US shipping can take up to 3 weeks and international up to 40 business days. Holiday season delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made by you at no charge.
Brookry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Note that international delivery times vary due to customs inspections. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged on international orders. The recipient may be subject to these fees.
